The Red Carpet Area has plenty of runway to show off your Sims before the Paparazzi and eager fans clamoring for that perfect photo or brief touch of their idol and a autograph.
Multiple story floors gives this Community Lot a showcase venue for staging any event in style.
The glass canopy roof is a crowning triumph to this Big Show Venue.
What you see is what you get with Ocean Waves. The venue is only lightly decorated on the inside leaving it minimal on your computer resources as a Community Lot or ready for you to decorate as you like should you wish to convert it into a Residential Lot.

GAME REQUIREMENTS
☼ The Sims 3 Game by Electronic Arts
This Lot is base game compatible and has been created without the use of any Sims 3 Expansion Packs or Stuff Packs.
Placing A Community Lot:
To correctly place this Lot in any The Sims 3 game world, you will need to enter into "Create A World" Mode and make some changes. I recommend the following:
☼ Make sure Celebrities are enabled in your game under Options.
☼ Replace any existing "Big Show Venue" classified Lot or similar unless you want a low turn out for any show. The more Celebrities in your world and at your event, the better.
☼ If you clear a Lot by Bulldozer, make sure the new Lot is 35x25 size and is designated as a Community Lot and Big Show Venue before you place Ocean Waves on the vacant Lot.
IMPORTANT STUFF
☼ My game is patched to version 1.67.2.024002
